LEGACY YEARBOOK
INLET MAGAZINE

The Legacy Yearbook staff members begin to work on the next year's book as soon as they are selected to be on the staff in May of each year. During the summer months, they work to develop the theme for the 352 page yearbook. (The 2009 theme will be incorporated throughout the book in a variety of ways including, of course, pictures of our students and faculty.) At the same time, the staff members also begin selling business and senior ads. We are grateful for the support we receive from local businesses and from the families and friends of senior students who purchase ads.

The Inlet Magazine staff members produce a monthly magazine during the school year. Each issue is 20 to 24 pages long. Any student at the school may contribute articles, poetry, short stories, photographs, and art work, even if they are not in the class. We encourage and strive for school-wide participation. Our staff produces the magazine in its entirety including writing columns, selecting articles and other submitted work, creating the layouts, designing thefull color covers, printing, and selling/distributing the magazines. Our final issue of the year, in full color, is dedicated to our senior students and their achievements.

We can't stress enough the importance of keeping the prescheduled appointments with Bryn-Alan. Senior photos for the yearbook MUST be taken by them, even if you don't purchase those portraits. An appointment is REQUIRED since they staff the on-campus portrait events accordingly.  You may go online to www.brynalan.com and use your senior privilege card OR call 1-800-749-2796 to schedule (or reschedule) your appointment via the Bryn-Alan customer service center.

Please remember to take bring your summer photos to room C-208 for inclusion in the yearbook.

We also need your "Now & Then" photos.
